By accessing kultkit.com or engaging Kultkit for a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are submitting a brief on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Kultkit provides curated custom merchandise, corporate gifting, campus essentials, event kits and related customization services. Each project is scoped through a brief, quote and approval process before production begins.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing, timelines and specifications are confirmed in writing before an order is placed. Production starts only after quote approval and any required advance payment.

You are responsible for approving proofs, artwork and specifications. Delays caused by incomplete or late approvals may affect delivery timelines.

You warrant that any logos, designs or materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights. You grant Kultkit a limited licence to use submitted materials solely to fulfil your order.

Kultkit’s website content, branding and curated materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may require an advance before sourcing or production. Late payments may pause work or delay dispatch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kultkit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
